Dynamic competitiveness strategy requires enterprises to learn how to seize opportunities to abandon their original advantages and establish new advantages. Dynamic competitiveness strategy is of decisive significance to the long-term survival and high-quality development of an enterprise.
The construction of dynamic competitiveness strategy should focus on the following issues. (1) Predict environmental changes.
The current highly dynamic competitive environment of enterprises requires enterprises to have the ability to quickly grasp and predict various information and respond accordingly, that is, accurate and rapid prediction capabilities. Specifically, it includes the ability of enterprises to face changes in the macro-competitive environment, seize market opportunities, and avoid environmental threats; the ability to predict market trends and seize market opportunities; the ability to quickly predict changes in customer demand; and the ability to predict the behavioral trends of competitors.
Environmental scanning can help enterprises obtain information about the environment, but because the factors included in environmental scanning are relatively comprehensive and not targeted, enterprises cannot grasp the key points, and a large amount of information will also increase the cost of enterprises, making the formulation of strategies a burden on enterprises. Therefore, enterprises need to be able to identify and screen environmental changes that can bring opportunities to enterprises and form their own advantages among a large amount of information. This ability of enterprises is a kind of knowledge accumulation ability formed by enterprises in the process of continuous operation, mainly the entrepreneurial spirit, learning ability and innovation awareness of enterprises.
① Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is the implicit shared knowledge contained in the organizational behavior and organizational practices of enterprises. It is rooted in the long-term practice of enterprises and is the original driving force for the establishment, survival and development of enterprises. The identification and grasp of market opportunities by entrepreneurs and the foresight of future development are the basis for enterprises to make strategic decisions. Entrepreneurs make new decisions and cultivate new competitive advantages based on their insights into environmental changes, thereby breaking the original equilibrium and enabling enterprises to obtain excess profits. The imitation and follow-up of other competitors have caused enterprises to continuously reduce their original advantages in the process of mutual competition, and the excess profits have disappeared, reaching a new equilibrium. It is in this process that entrepreneurs constantly discover opportunities, create opportunities, break the equilibrium, and promote economic development. On the one hand, entrepreneurship constantly cultivates the competitive advantages of enterprises, and on the other hand, it constantly destroys the original advantages of enterprises, so that enterprises have sustainable competitiveness.
② Learning ability and innovation awareness. Entrepreneurship is the driving force for enterprises to continuously learn and innovate. The process of enterprises learning and acquiring knowledge is the process of interaction between enterprises and the environment. Through acquiring knowledge, enterprises are constantly updating dynamically and enhancing their adaptability. At the same time, in the process of knowledge accumulation, enterprises constantly create new knowledge. For high-tech enterprises, learning and innovation are the eternal themes of the enterprise. Learning and innovation capabilities will change the way high-tech enterprises and employees look at problems, form new understandings and perspectives, and thus discover new opportunities and problems. It should be said that learning is the most effective way to improve corporate sensitivity. Through the continuous “learning-innovation-learning” cycle, the enterprise ensures that it remains proactive in the process of dynamic environmental changes. (2) Respond to changes in the environment.
