1. Machine inspection

After the list review is completed, the warehouse staff can pack the sold goods according to the order information and affix the domestic logistics label on the package. According to the inspection rate set by the customs (for example, 5.5%), the customs supervision system randomly selects some packages for inspection. When passing through the X-ray machine, the customs will compare the content, quantity and other information of the goods, and the inspection and quarantine department will also conduct inspections. If the machine inspection is normal, it will be automatically released. If the machine inspection is abnormal, the corresponding package will be arranged for offline inspection. The inspection personnel of the Supervision Department and the Commodity Inspection Department will unpack and inspect the offline packages respectively, and record the inspection results after the inspection is completed. The inspection results include: inspection and release, order modification, order deletion, transfer to anti-smuggling, etc.

2. Query the supervision status of the list

After the machine inspection is completed, query the customs and commodity inspection instruction status of each list in the list query of the customs clearance service platform to ensure that the status of each list is “automatic release of the assembly line”.

3. Vehicle-bill association

The driver will make a vehicle-bill association form with the cargo list and the checkpoint release form.
