Hangzhou XX Network Technology Co., Ltd. pushes personal declaration form data through data connection with Zhejiang Electronic Port. Zhejiang Electronic Port organizes the three-form data and sends it to Hangzhou Data Sub-center, which then transmits it to the General Administration of Customs. Hangzhou YY Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. logs in to the Cross-border Trade E-commerce Customs Clearance Service Platform to query the list data and confirm.
2. List Merger and Declaration
(1) Hangzhou YY Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. logs in to the Cross-border Trade E-commerce Customs Clearance Service Platform and goes to the “Import List Management” function area.
(2) Click “Import List Merger and Declaration” under the “Import List Management” function. Click “Add” or “Excel Import”. Since the customs requires that the parcels under the waybills corresponding to the merged declaration must actually leave the area and have been released by the customs, Hangzhou YY Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. uses the waybills actually loaded in the warehouse to import Excel to realize the merged declaration.
(3) Check the delivery collection number.
(4) Download the Excel template file, match the loading bill sent by the warehouse (check the bill number) and make an Excel spreadsheet, click “Upload” to complete the declaration.
3. Print the cargo list
(1) In the “Import Bill Combined Declaration” interface under the “Import Bill Management” function, click the corresponding release bill number.
(2) After clicking the release bill number, enter the license plate number of the truck and download and print the cargo list.
4. Prepare a vehicle bill association table
The terminal associates the vehicle bill with the vehicle bill for the outbound parcel vehicle. The amount in the table must be consistent with the amount on the release bill.
The net weight in the vehicle bill association table needs to be obtained by filling in the license plate number in the special supervision area information management system.
5. Customs inspects the outbound area based on the cargo list.
