After personal items imported through direct mail arrive at my country’s first-line ports, they need to go through customs transfer procedures at the port, and then go through customs clearance procedures after the items are transported to the cross-border e-commerce park.
After the goods arrive at the first-line ports, Zhejiang KK Zishang Co., Ltd. needs to entrust the airport express company to handle the customs transfer operations of the port national inspection. The documents required for handling include: cross-border e-commerce inspection and quarantine work contact form (two copies, the style is shown in Table 2-21), state air and personnel inspection and quarantine acceptance declaration certificate (three copies), and a copy of the waybill (one copy).
Among them, the inspection and quarantine work contact form must be issued in advance by the cross-border park national inspection and quarantine and stamped with a special inspection and quarantine seal. After accepting the inspection declaration, the port airport national inspection and quarantine will sign the inspection and quarantine work contact form and acceptance declaration certificate and stamp the inspection and quarantine seal.
EDI declaration
The EDI declaration at the port includes the following operations:
(1) Data review: After receiving the declaration data, review the declaration data to ensure the completeness of the data
(2) Cross-border e-commerce enterprise maintenance: Before uploading the declaration data, the e-commerce company to which the cross-border goods belong must be confirmed, and the cross-border e-commerce enterprise must be maintained in the cross-border online shopping (Hangzhou) system configuration.
(3) Add flight and bill of lading information: Under the customs declaration date of the day, select the corresponding license plate/flight number according to the bill of lading information, and add a master waybill under this flight information item.
(4) Import EDI data: Import the accurate EDI data that has been reviewed.
(5) Send waybill information and personal item declaration form: First send the waybill information of the declared items, and send the personal item declaration form after receiving the receipt.
