For the necessary knowledge, skills and working methods that personnel must master, demonstration training should be conducted frequently to correct improper operations. Avoid relying too much on skilled employees, simplify the operating procedures, and avoid affecting the overall efficiency due to the large workload of a certain job position. Team management is the key to production management, responsible for labor division, process specification and production task execution, such as personnel deployment, scheduling, duty, inventory/tallying plan, material and machine maintenance, etc. Labor performance management should be implemented to avoid working without effort, and calculation should be based on effective working hours or piecework, so that more work, more pay, and labor productivity can be improved.
