① Service advantages
a. Postal countries: the whole of Australia.
b. Product restrictions: only receive goods, and do not accept any sensitive goods such as built-in batteries, pure electricity, counterfeit brands, liquids, powders, etc.
c. Other attributes: This channel includes double clearance and tax, and only accepts FBA addresses and commercial addresses, and does not accept any other private addresses.
② Package restrictions
a. For goods sent to Amazon, the shipment must also be affixed with an FBA QR code label, and the weight of a single piece cannot be less than 10 kg and cannot exceed 25 kg.
b. The longest side of a single piece of goods shall not exceed 120 cm, and the total length of the three sides of length, width and height shall not exceed 140 cm. The actual weight and volume weight shall be the larger one. The volume weight calculation formula is: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000.
c. The declared value of a single piece cannot exceed 1,000 Australian dollars.
d. The number of SKUs of a single piece shall not exceed 5. If it exceeds 5, it will be charged at 3 Australian dollars per kilogram.
e. A processing fee of 2 Australian dollars per piece will be charged for returns.
f. The overall delivery time is 6 to 8 working days.
g. ZTO does not accept products wrapped in soft cartons or outer boxes with yellow tape; it does not accept products packaged in wooden frames or logs; all products packaged in plywood must be checked with loose-leaf locks.
