STO Express (hereinafter referred to as STO) was established in 1993. While providing traditional express delivery services, the company continues to actively explore emerging businesses, providing customers with B2C one-stop logistics services such as warehousing, distribution, systems, and customer service, and providing services such as collection of cash on delivery, valuables channels, and cold chain transportation. It has established a large number of information collection, market development, logistics distribution, express delivery and other business organizations in China. STO Express has formed a complete and smooth self-operated express network across the country. As of June 2018, STO has more than 2,000 independent outlets and branches, more than 15,000 township outlets, more than 90 direct and non-direct transfer centers and aviation departments, more than 300,000 employees, and nearly 10,000 new jobs each year.
STO Express established the International Business Department in 2013, dedicated to providing professional cross-border logistics supply chain services for global cross-border e-commerce. STO’s international business system uses overseas regional transfer centers as a link and international trunk lines as a link to develop a global franchise network system for STO’s international business. At the same time, STO Express actively invests in building a global overseas warehouse service system, providing global cross-border e-commerce with one-stop supply chain services from first-leg transportation, customs clearance, warehouse management, inventory control, order processing, logistics distribution and information feedback. At present, STO’s international business has expanded to the United States, Russia, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Indonesia, Nepal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh and other countries.
STO’s international business includes STO Express export services, STO Express import services and STO overseas warehouse services.
