Wish Express is an express delivery project launched by Wish to better meet the delivery time requirements of platform users. Merchants are required to ship products to the overseas warehouse at the destination in advance. When merchants receive orders, the products are delivered directly from the overseas warehouse to the users at the destination, thus achieving fast delivery. The Wish Express project is commonly known as the “overseas warehouse product project”. For products in the Wish Express project, merchants must promise to deliver them to users within the specified time limit.
For merchants participating in Wish Express, the Wish platform will provide the following differentiated policy support.
(1) Products participating in Wish Express will receive more than 3 times the traffic support.
(2) Wish Express products will display an exclusive “vehicle” badge on the user end. This logo informs users that they will receive the product quickly, which will greatly increase the conversion rate.
(3) Merchants who join the Wish Express project will be eligible for the Wish return program. Wish Express products can be returned to the designated overseas warehouse, thereby reducing the refund rate.
(4) By joining Wish Express, products will reach customers quickly, thereby improving the overall rating of the product, and quickly gaining reviews, shortening the product growth cycle and collection cycle.
(5) The platform will provide more product support for the Wish Express project, such as marketing and customer service permissions. The platform will provide more product support for products that do not meet Wish’s requirements. Merchants who meet the requirements of the Express timeliness policy will be subject to corresponding penalties.
Wish Express requires that delivery confirmation be made within 5 working days from the order release.
Orders fulfilled and confirmed by a specific logistics service provider before the end of the next working day after the order is fulfilled (based on 23:59:59 UTC) will be exempt from penalties.
