1. Operational procedures

(1) China Post Air Parcel can only be affixed with the China Post format customs declaration form.

(2) The name and address of the recipient must be filled in in English.

(3) The contents, quantity, weight and value on the China Post Parcel Declaration Form must be filled in by the customer.

(4) The customer must sign his or her Chinese name in the signature area of the China Post Parcel Declaration Form.

(5) The packaging should be intact and not easily damaged. Except for the address label, try not to put other irrelevant marks on the outside of the packaging bag. For fragile items, it is best to have a fragile mark on the outer packaging and affix the address label in the middle of the front of the parcel.

(6) Deliver to the post office and sort by country (region).

(7) The post office arranges the shipment, arranges the shipment on the plane, and sends it to various postal distribution centers around the world. The post offices of various countries (regions) will then carry out secondary and tertiary distribution, sorting the shipment by city and street address, and finally deliver it to the customer.

2. Compensation inquiry

(1) If the ordinary mail is lost, no compensation will be obtained. The loss rate of parcels in countries such as Italy and Nigeria is very high. Please choose registered mail or express delivery.

(2) Compensation will be determined based on the declared value. For example, the maximum value of a parcel in Hong Kong, China is HK$320 (approximately RMB 294), and the postage will be refunded, but the registration fee will not be refunded.

(3) China Post Parcel can provide insurance services. Please consult China Post or the insurance company for the specific premium.

3. Delivery method

You can make an appointment to pick up the parcel or the seller can send it to the post office by himself.

4. Advantages and Disadvantages

(1) Advantages

Affordable price. Compared with Hong Kong parcel, Singapore parcel and other international express delivery methods, such as DHL (DHL), UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (FedEx Group), TNT (TNT Group of the Netherlands), etc., it has an absolute price advantage.

China Post parcel transportation is safe and has a low package loss rate. After the parcel is handed over to the post office for processing, it can be tracked and queried online. The billing method is unified, and all goods are charged by gram, which greatly simplifies freight calculation and cost control. It has advantages in regional transportation and can reach any postal outlet in the world.

(2) Disadvantages

Time efficiency needs to be improved.

5. Scope of application

Suitable for goods with a total weight of less than 2 kilograms, which are sensitive to freight, have low time efficiency requirements, and have relatively low value.
