Event live broadcast refers to the live broadcast activities of Alibaba International Station, such as exhibitions, promotions, industry activities and other marketing live broadcast activities, which can be displayed in the above event scenes. Event live broadcast mainly involves the following links.
① Live broadcast preparation.
After the live broadcast registration is passed, the materials that need to be prepared in advance are: background board and stickers, computer, shooting equipment (lighting is very important), audio equipment, prompt board, product card, mobile phone holder, pan/tilt (support equipment for installing and fixing cameras). Alibaba seller live broadcast software, live broadcast coupons, product catalogs, etc.
② Check the live broadcast schedule.
After successful registration, the platform will schedule the live broadcast time, generally 4 hours per session. If there are special circumstances after scheduling, you can not broadcast but do not create a live broadcast preview. It is strictly forbidden to create a live broadcast preview, but there is no real anchor appearing during the live broadcast, and directly play the recorded video. If such a situation occurs, the system will directly end the live broadcast, and if it occurs twice or more, it will affect the merchant’s subsequent live broadcast event registration qualifications.
③ Test live broadcast.
You can do a trial broadcast before live broadcasting. Like the official live broadcasting, the trial broadcasting needs to create a live broadcast preview in advance and conduct an audit. The system will return the audit result within 1 hour. During the trial broadcast, the front desk will not show it to the audience. The path to create a trial broadcast is: “My Alibaba”-“Media Center”-“Live Broadcast Management”→”Create Trial Broadcast”.
④Create a formal live broadcast preview.
It is recommended to create a live broadcast preview 2-3 days in advance. The audit result will be available within 1 hour after submission. After entering the live broadcast creation page, fill in the form according to the requirements on the page.
⑤Invite customers to watch the live broadcast.
After the official live broadcast preview is created, it is recommended to inform customers through True View/EDM marketing/SNS accounts to warm up, and display the preview at the front desk live broadcast venue. Merchants can also log in to the MyAlibaba backend after creating the live broadcast preview, obtain the live broadcast link or QR code, and send it to customers.
⑥Formal live broadcast operation and interaction.
The official live broadcast needs to be conducted on the mobile phone through the Alibaba Seller App, and the data and interaction can be viewed on the computer live broadcast console. The live broadcast entrance of the Alibaba Seller App is shown in Figure 3-24. Live broadcast console entrance: Log in to My Alibaba backend-media center-live broadcast management on the computer, enter the live broadcast console to view real-time data such as the number of online users and buyer comments, and reply to comments, which can be public or private.
⑦ Live broadcast venue display and playback.
After the event starts, merchants can view the event venue with Online Trade Show on the front desk of Alibaba International Station, and find the event they are participating in based on keywords.
