Competitors refer to other companies that may pose a threat to the development of an enterprise. Specifically, they refer to companies that produce and sell similar products or substitutes, provide similar or substitute services, and have similar price ranges and similar target customers. Competitors can be identified in the following three ways.

(1) Identify competitors through keyword search. On the Alibaba buyer page, search for sellers with similar business categories. More specifically, you can further refine competitors based on the attributes of the store products. For example, enter “bag women ladies” in the buyer’s page search box to search for a large number of competitors. Then select the personality as “fashion” to further identify competitors.

(2) Identify competitors based on supplier type. On the Alibaba International Station buyer page, use the store logos “Trade Assurance” and “Verified Supplier” to filter and select companies with similar types to your company as competitors.

(3) Identify competitors based on the minimum order quantity and unit price of the product. On the Alibaba International Station buyer page, search for relevant sellers based on the minimum order quantity and price, then find the ranking of their store products, and circle the store with the closest minimum order quantity or unit price as a competitor.
