In the customer list of Customer Pass, find the “Customers to be added” list, where you can filter out all customers who have received business cards but have not yet created files in Customer Pass.

2. EDM marketing

Each Alibaba account can send up to 2,000 EDM emails per day (the first 200 emails are free). Customer Pass will track the daily EDM marketing status and update it in real time.

The following points should be noted when implementing EDM marketing.

●For different contacts of the same company, adopt a strategy of sending in batches. If a company has 10 contacts, it is recommended to send in 3 batches.

● Use multiple email subjects for marketing. Generally, you need to fill in 3 different email subjects.

● Use the Xiaoman customer management system to check the health score of the email before sending. If the email evaluation score is less than 6 points, it is recommended to readjust the body content and subject of the email.

● Check the opening and reply of the other party after the email is actually delivered according to the marketing report. If the customer does not open it, you can directly send it again in the list.

● Understand the email delivery rate and opening rate based on statistical data, and continuously test and further analyze to optimize various data indicators.

Alibaba International Station EDM marketing includes the following 4 steps.

(1) Set up EDM

The EDM setting process first requires purchasing a domain name, passing Alibaba Cloud real-name authentication, and configuring email push in the mailbox.

(2) Establish customer groups.

Carry out accurate customer positioning, screen in the customer channel according to the conditions of various plans, and establish customer groups.

(3) Design marketing templates.

After establishing the customer group, set up an appropriate marketing template based on the characteristics of the customer group.

(4) Create a marketing campaign.

Set up and publish the marketing campaign, and send EDM emails.
