Xiaoman customer management system is an intelligent customer management tool of Alibaba International Station. Through the combination of artificial intelligence technology and big data analysis technology, it can realize intelligent order tracking management throughout the entire cycle, accurately match potential customers, and improve the conversion rate of customers placing orders and closing transactions. It can complete a series of tasks such as E-mail management, customer management, business opportunity management, transaction management, statistical analysis, and team management.

1. Customer life cycle management

Xiaoman customer management system divides customers into several stages: potential customers, target customers, leads, orders, and profits, and promotes the transformation of potential customers into closed customers.

(1) In the new customer development stage, Xiaoman can search for customer information in multiple dimensions and mine potential customers through accurate customer portraits: at the same time, it can intelligently track the status of key customers, understand customer needs, and formulate corresponding sales strategies; and directly provide exhibitions, customs data, and other corporate information to merchants to assist in customer development.

(2) In the existing customer marketing stage, Xiaoman can support EDM email marketing, social marketing, advertising marketing, landing page marketing, and other marketing methods. Automatically send mass emails and obtain effect analysis reports: It also supports grabbing visitor data for the company’s designated pages and sending mass emails to multiple SNS accounts with one click.

(3) In the high-potential customer marketing stage, Xiaoman can monitor customer activity, build customer portraits, intelligently evaluate customers, and manage various customer follow-up process files to achieve centralized, process-based, and team-based management.

(4) In the transaction management stage, Xiaoman can track orders online, make online payments, conduct statistical analysis, and provide team-based assistance.

In addition to customer management based on the customer life cycle, the Xiaoman system connects to WhatsApp and aggregates customs data, allowing for accurate and in-depth customer mining, as shown in Figure 7-6. In particular, for customer development letters, the Xiaoman system can be used to send mass emails in batches, track the delivery rate and customer opening rate of emails, and avoid different salesmen from colliding with each other due to tracking the same customer.
