Merchants can fully understand their store’s operating data through the store data overview page, and can use data to analyze various aspects of store operations, solve store problems, and effectively improve store performance.
Store data overview:
On the data overview page, you can intuitively view 5 indicators of store operation data, namely, store visitor number, store visit frequency, store conversion rate, number of inquiries, number of TM consultations, and their corresponding month-on-month data and wireless ratio compared with the previous day.
The meaning of each data indicator on the data overview page is explained as follows.
(1) Store visitor number. Users who visit the merchant’s global store page and product details page are all counted as visitors. Duplicates are removed on the same day, but not on the next day.
(2) Store visit frequency. Store visit frequency refers to the total number of clicks to the merchant’s store page and product details page.
(3) Number of inquiries. The number of inquiries refers to the number of inquiries received by the seller on the merchant page and product details page, including all valid inquiries sent by buyers regarding the merchant’s product information and company information, excluding system spam inquiries, TM inquiries, etc.
(4) Number of TM inquiries. The number of TM inquiries refers to the number of buyers who contacted the merchant through Trade Manager (deduplication on the same day, including all terminals and all countries).
(5) Store conversion rate. Store conversion rate = (number of store TM inquiries + number of store feedback customers) / number of store visitors.
