In order to ensure that the AliExpress platform has a healthy and orderly market order and provide consumers with a better shopping experience, the AliExpress platform restricts sellers from using logistics that cannot be tracked or have slow delivery time. The specific logistics policies are as follows:

(1) Policy on the logistics method for sellers

United States:

For orders with a transaction amount of not less than US$5, sellers are allowed to use “E-mail” and “AliExpress Worry-Free Logistics-Standard” in the standard logistics service and express logistics services; except for special category products, sellers cannot use other standard logistics services or economy logistics services.

For orders with a transaction amount of less than US$5, sellers can use standard, express and online economy logistics services, but cannot use offline economy logistics services (non-registered surface mail).

Other countries except the United States:

Sellers can use standard, express and online economy logistics services, but cannot use offline economy logistics services (non-registered surface mail).

(2) If the buyer chooses a logistics method, the seller must use the logistics method in accordance with the buyer’s wishes. Without the buyer’s permission, the seller shall not change the logistics method selected by the buyer without reason.

(3) The waybill number on the delivery notice filled in by the seller must be authentic and can be tracked.
