Registration Rules
(1) When registering on the AliExpress platform, sellers may not use email addresses and store names that violate national laws and regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or affect the operation of AliExpress.
(2) Without the permission of AliExpress, sellers outside mainland China may not register seller accounts on the AliExpress platform. At the same time, mainland sellers may not use false information to register overseas buyer accounts on the platform. If such information is found or there is reasonable suspicion, the AliExpress platform has the right to close the buyer account and punish the relevant sellers in accordance with the regulations.
(3) For seller accounts that have actively or passively withdrawn from the AliExpress platform and are no longer in operation, AliExpress will release the account; if the seller account has not been in operation for more than one year, the platform also has the right to close the account; at the same time, for AliExpress or TradeManager accounts that have not passed identity authentication or have not logged in for one year, AliExpress also has the right to terminate or reclaim the account.
(4) AliExpress users whose accounts have been closed due to serious violations are no longer allowed to register new accounts. If found, AliExpress has the right to close the member account.
(5) When a user registers an AliExpress account using an email address, he/she will be granted the right to verify the email address by default to ensure that the user is using his/her own email address.
(6) Since the ID of AliExpress members is randomly assigned by the system, it cannot be modified.
(7) After the seller passes the authentication required by AliExpress (Alipay real-name authentication, ID card authentication or other forms of authentication), the bound personal identity information cannot be cancelled regardless of whether the account is in the open state.
(8) For individual members who have passed real-name authentication, each person can only have one AliExpress account for selling goods (AliExpress account refers to the primary account).
(9) Certified corporate members can have up to six AliExpress accounts for selling goods.
(10) “Personal real-name authentication” or “corporate authentication” will become the basis for the AliExpress platform to determine the nature of member stores and determine the rights and responsibilities of the account. Unless permitted by the AliExpress platform, or there are clear legal provisions or judicial rulings, member accounts cannot be transferred, rented or lent in any way; if violated, the member shall bear all responsibilities and the platform has the right to close the AliExpress account.
2. Operation Rules
(1) Seller members need to undergo real-name authentication through Alipay, personal ID card or other methods required by AliExpress, and provide real and valid information including name, address, business license, etc. before they can sell goods on the AliExpress platform.
(2) After seller members pass the real-name authentication and set up a payment account, they can publish goods on their AliExpress accounts; when the seller account has at least ten products listed, they can create a store and sell goods in the form of an AliExpress store; however, when there are less than ten products, the AliExpress platform has the right to close the store and only retain the products.
