1. Quotation
When there is an order inquiry, the reply letter should include the following: thank the other party for the inquiry, hope to establish business with the other party, order conditions and quotation. The following is an example:
Dear sir,
Thanks for your inquiry. We cherish this chance to do business with you very much. If you order a quantity of 1,000, we can offer you the bulk price of USD xxxx /piece with free shipping.
I look forward to your reply.
Regards
John
2. Response to buyer bargaining
During the transaction process, it is common to encounter buyers bargaining. In the reply letter, first thank the other party for their intention to buy, then accept it with pleasure and give reasons. If you cannot accept it, apologize and give reasons. At the same time, when facing such potential customers, we must carefully and meticulously analyze and facilitate the transaction. We can provide some additional conditions to facilitate the transaction. Here’s an example:
Dear Joathan,
Thank you for your interests in my item.
I am sorry but we can’t offer you that low price you asked for. We feel that the price listed is reasonable and has been carefully calculated and leaves me limited profit already.
However, we’d like to offer you some discounts on bulk purchases. If your order is more than 10000 pieces, we will give you a discount of 5% off.
Please let me know for any further questions. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Jack
