(1) Product attributes

·Accurately fill in the product brand attributes. If the information is incorrect, the penalty is: the product will not pass the review and the product will be removed from the shelves.

·Accurately fill in the product basic attributes, custom attributes, purchase attributes, and sales attributes.

·It is prohibited to have the basic attribute information of the product in the product name. If the basic attributes of the product are not accurately filled in, the penalty is: the product will not pass the review and the product will be removed from the shelves.

(2) Stocking settings

Stocking settings refer to the seller adding the stocking information of the product when publishing the product. This function can set the stocking of the product individually or in batches. At the same time, the total inventory can be added according to the product inventory situation or the inventory can be set according to the product attributes.

The seller needs to fill in the product stocking information according to the actual situation of the product, such as stocking status, stocking quantity, stocking location, etc.

The stocking information set by the seller can be displayed on the buyer’s page. Buyers can search for products according to stocking status and stocking location to increase product exposure resources. After setting the stocking information, if the seller still fails to ship the product according to the stocking period, the seller will be severely punished for the failure to sell the product. This may result in a yellow card penalty, a 7-day freeze, and the seller will be fined for deducting the corresponding security deposit. (3) Fill in the product packaging information truthfully

The packaging information includes the unit of measurement of the product being sold, the weight and size of the product after packaging.

(4) Product price

The seller must reasonably set the product price and purchase quantity range. The seller is prohibited from setting a price that deviates too much from the actual cost of the product, and from affecting the normal sorting of the product by setting a high price or a low price, thereby affecting the buyer’s shopping experience.

Penalties for violating product price rules: product deletion, warning, card, permission restriction or freeze, etc.

(5) Reasonably set the shipping template

The seller must ship according to the logistics method selected by the buyer.
