Although different third-party platforms have different transaction rules, the transaction process is similar.
(1) The seller uploads the product information to the platform and sets the price, payment method, logistics and other options.
(2) The buyer places an order on the third-party B2C platform and pays the third-party B2C platform.
(3) The buyer processes the order, actually ships the goods, and uploads the shipping order number to the platform to declare the shipment.
(4) The logistics company sends the goods and handles customs declaration and inspection procedures on behalf of the buyer.
(5) The buyer receives and inspects the goods, confirms delivery, and instructs the platform to pay the seller. If the buyer does not confirm receipt, the platform will pay the seller directly within the specified period.
(6) The platform pays the seller.
(7) If the goods are lost, damaged, not the same as the description, or have defects, the buyer can file a dispute on the platform, and the seller must respond promptly. If the two parties cannot reach an agreement on the dispute, they can apply to the platform for arbitration according to certain rules.
