(1) AliExpress only supports sellers to use air parcels. The supported logistics methods include UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, SF Express, China Post, Hong Kong Post Air Parcel Service and other logistics methods designated by AliExpress in the future.
(2) The logistics method selected by the seller for delivery must be the logistics method selected by the buyer. The logistics method shall not be changed without the buyer’s consent.
(3) When the seller fills in the delivery notice, the waybill number filled in must be true and traceable.
(4) If the seller ships by air parcel, it must be registered.
(5) For seller members who have more than 2 “non-receipt” disputes of small parcels in the past 30 days and the dispute rate of “non-receipt” of small parcels is greater than 15%, AliExpress has the right to restrict the seller from using air parcels.
(6) Sellers need to carefully choose logistics delivery channels. The platform encourages sellers to choose online delivery logistics channels provided by AliExpress. AliExpress only recognizes the following logistics tracking information: online delivery logistics tracking information, logistics tracking information provided by official websites of various countries’ postal services, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, TOLL, SF Express, and EMS. AliExpress has the right not to recognize logistics tracking information that cannot be verified.
