3. Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, international e-mail parcels can be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. The domestic section is shipped using the EMS network. After exporting to the United States, the United States Postal Service will deliver the mail through its domestic first-class mail network. The internationally leading EMI electronic customs declaration system is used for customs clearance to ensure that the parcels delivered by the seller arrive at the destination quickly and accurately.
4. Tracking and Query Service
e-mail parcels can be tracked on the official websites of China Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS). eBay buyers can also track them on the my eBay page of the eBay website. Considering the time delay between the exchange of information between China and the United States, the information on the collection and departure of the port displayed on the China Post EMS website will be earlier than that on the US Postal website, and the information on the arrival at the US processing center displayed on the US Postal website will be earlier than that on the China website.
5. Volume and Weight Limit
(1) The maximum weight limit for a single piece is 2kg.
(2) Maximum size: The total length, width and height of a single mail piece shall not exceed 90cm, and the longest side shall not exceed 60cm. The total of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not exceed 104cm, and the length shall not exceed 90cm.
(3) Minimum size: The length of a single mail piece shall not be less than 14cm, and the width shall not be less than 11cm. The total of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not be less than 17cm, and the length shall not be less than 11cm.
