The data of “sales and visits” according to the date statistics are expressed in the form of images + tables, and the data is very intuitive. In the table, sellers can see data such as “ordered product sales”, “ordered product quantity”, “buyer visits”, “order product types”, and “order product type conversion rate” within a specific period of time (day, week, month, etc.). Below, we will interpret the functions of each data.
Date: Sellers can view data by day, week, month, and year, with a maximum time of 2 years.
Ordered product sales: The net sales amount of all orders of the seller added up within a specific time period. The calculation formula is as follows.
Ordered product sales = product price × ordered product quantity
Ordered product quantity (Unit Ordered): The sum of the number of products in all orders of the seller within a specific time period. For example, a buyer places an order, and this order contains 2 items, then the number of ordered items is 2.
Total Order Items: The number of product types in all orders during a specific time period. For example, a buyer placed 3 orders, 2 of which were for cameras, and the other was for a keyboard. Cameras and keyboards are different products, so they are counted as 2 products, so the number of order product types is 2.
Average Sales Per Order Item: The average price at which each product was sold during a specific time period. The calculation formula is as follows.
Average Sales Per Order Item = Ordered Product Sales / Number of Order Product Types
For example, the seller’s store generated sales of $157 on that day, and sold a total of 36 products, so the average sales of each product was about $4.4.
Average nits Per Order Item: The average sales quantity of a product during a specific time period. The calculation formula is as follows
Average quantity of each order item = number of ordered items – number of order item types
For example, the seller sold 36 products on the same day, with a total of 32 varieties, then the average sales of each variety is 1.12.
Average Selling Price: How much is the average price of each item sold during a specific period of time. This is what we usually call the average price of each item.
Number of buyer visits (Sessions): The number of times buyers visit the seller’s product page. In a visit, even if the buyer visits multiple pages multiple times (within 24 hours), it will only be counted as one visit. The higher the number of buyer visits, the higher the product exposure.
Order Item Session Percentage: The percentage of users who place orders in the number of buyer visits. Whether the product is attractive and whether there are many people placing orders can be seen from the conversion rate.
Average Offer Count: The average number of items on sale calculated by Amazon.
