No matter what cross-border e-commerce platform you do, no matter what kind of store method you adopt, there will be an important indicator involved, that is, the store quality indicator, which is the weight of the store in a macro sense.

The FBO evaluation indicators of OZON local stores are related to many factors. In addition to complying with the platform rules, merchants should also comply with the platform rules, such as whether the items applied for warehousing arrive at the warehouse on time, if they cannot be supplied in time, whether there is a plan to cancel a few days in advance, and the difference in the number of goods, which will affect the score of their own store.

Although the store score will not affect normal operations, under the new traffic allocation mechanism, the platform will tilt the traffic to merchants with higher scores in the store, giving these merchants priority supply rights and other treatments.

FBO work evaluation standards

If the goods have been brought to the OZON warehouse in the past 60 days, the system will evaluate the store every day and will rate the merchant in the background.

FBO work evaluation depends on three indicators: on-time delivery rate, accuracy of application supply, and early cancellation of supply rate.

No delay in supply

No delay in supply means: the percentage of supplies delivered to the warehouse within the selected time in the past 60 days. It is recommended to arrive at the warehouse 30-90 minutes before the specified time of the supply request, so that there is sufficient time to arrive at the warehouse receiving location on time to avoid failure to deliver goods in time due to emergencies. If the merchant fails to arrive at the designated warehouse receiving location in time, it violates the provisions of the supply regulations and OZON has the right to refuse to accept the goods.

Formula conversion: No delay in supply = 100% – (Number of goods not delivered in time (considering net weight) / Total number of applications for accepted goods and refused unloading) * 100%

Accuracy of application supply

The accuracy of the application means: the percentage of the quantity of goods specified in the goods supply application brought to the warehouse in the past 60 days. If the number of goods in the supply is more or less than the number of goods in the application, the platform will indicate that this situation is wrong.

Application accuracy evaluation index:

Calculate the difference between the specific quantity of goods in the supply and the quantity of goods requested

Summarize the quantity of supplies accepted by the warehouse

Formula conversion index: Application accuracy rate = 100% – (difference between the quantity of goods requested and the specific quantity of goods/the quantity of goods requested for accepted supplies)* 100%.

If the value is negative, it means the index is 0.

Timely cancellation of supply

Timely cancellation of supply refers to the percentage of purchase requests that were completed or cancelled without delay within the past 60 days. If the supply needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled at least 72 hours before arriving at the warehouse.

Timely cancellation of supply index:

Summarize the number of all goods cancelled after 72 hours before the agreed time

Calculate the specific inventory received

Converted by formula: Timely cancellation of supply = 100% – (number of goods cancelled after 72 hours per hour / total number of goods completed and not cancelled in time) * 100%

Overall evaluation of FBO work

If there is at least one delivery in the past 60 days, you can refer to the following indicators and multiply the value of each indicator by the weight:

No delayed delivery – 34%

Request accuracy – 33%

Timely cancellation of supply–33%

The summarized result value is used to calculate the final indicator. FBO’s total score = No delayed delivery * 0.34 Request accuracy * 0.33 Timely cancellation of delivery * 0.33

No matter what cross-border e-commerce platform, store quality indicators are very important. In the FBO evaluation of OZON local stores, timely supply rate, accuracy of supply application and early withdrawal of supply rate are key indicators. Understanding and optimizing these indicators can greatly improve the store’s weight and obtain preferential treatment.
