What is the quality score of delivered products?

Buyers fill out the questionnaire and rate it on a scale of 1 to 5:

The indicator is calculated by the following formula for the score in the past 30 days:

Buyer satisfaction = (number of positive product reviews – number of negative product reviews) / total number of product reviews * 100%

Each independent order score can be included. For example, if a buyer rates four products in two orders, they are included in the two reviews.

Actions during blockade

When blocked, sellers can:

· Ship orders generated before the block;

· Communicate with buyers in the chat room;

· Deduct delivered orders.

If the seller’s account is blocked, please analyze the product. If the seller continues to sell low-scoring products, the platform may permanently ban the seller’s account.
