Seller Picks: A powerful tool to improve search rankings
Seller Picks is the only free tool on the current platform designed to improve your product’s search ranking, thereby increasing your product’s exposure and conversion rate. However, not all merchants are eligible for Seller Picks. Usually only LazMall merchants and leading merchants on each site can enjoy this benefit. Moreover, the number of these pits is not fixed and will be adjusted as sales fluctuate. There will be a minimum of three pits.
In order to qualify for Seller Picks, merchants need to meet the following four basic conditions, the so-called “basic four elements”:
- Seller Rating: 70% or above required;
- Number of online SKUs: There must be at least three SKUs online;
- Instant messaging response rate (IM response rate): needs to be higher than 85%;
- Store decoration: The decoration of the store must be completed.
For LazMall merchants, in addition to the basic four elements mentioned above, they also need to meet some additional specific requirements:
- On sites in Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines, in addition to meeting the above conditions, merchants must also be key account (KA) merchants or merchants with high potential (HPM), and their category conversion rate must be ranked high;
- On sites in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam, only KA or HPM merchants are required.

Once qualified, merchants can set up related products through the “Seller Picks” option on the ASC main page. The specific steps include clicking the “Add Products” button to select the products you want to promote, and then simply click the “Add” button to complete the product addition operation.
In addition, observing the data performance of Seller Picks can help merchants better understand which products are performing well. Specifically, you can check the store’s pit usage, the data performance of a certain product, and the page views with or without Seller Picks in a specific area.
It is worth noting that the list of Seller Picks will be updated every Monday. At the same time, merchants may lose their qualifications if they do not use the feature for two consecutive weeks.
Seller Voucher: Effectively increase sales and attract traffic
Seller Voucher, as another important marketing tool, is mainly divided into two forms: Voucher Code (encoded coupon) and Collectable Voucher (collectible coupon). Although coded coupons allow users to use them by entering a code at checkout, their use is generally not recommended due to the relatively cumbersome operation. On the contrary, collectible coupons are more convenient. Consumers only need to click to collect, and then the coupons can be stored in their “wallets” and automatically applied during settlement.
The process of setting up Seller Voucher is relatively intuitive. First, you need to select the “Coupon” option in the marketing section, then view the details of all previously set coupons in the pop-up interface, and click the “Create Coupon” button to get started. During the setup process, merchants can choose the specific information of the coupon according to their own needs, such as whether it is applicable to the entire store or limited to certain products, etc. For coupons that can only be used on certain products, merchants can specify the applicable product range through batch upload or manual addition.
