Detailed explanation of Kilimall platform rules
The Kilimall platform has strict requirements for merchants to ensure the legitimacy of the platform and the quality of the products. Below are some important rules of the Kilimall platform.
1. If you sell prohibited or restricted goods, your account will be closed
Kilimall expressly prohibits the sale of a series of prohibited goods, including but not limited to drugs, precursor chemicals and drug paraphernalia, firearms and ammunition, control equipment, military and police supplies, medicines, medical equipment, as well as pornography, violence, vulgarity and aphrodisiacs supplies and other illegal products. At the same time, for some products that require pre-approval, voucher operation or authorized operation, the platform will not allow them to be released if they do not obtain the corresponding license certificate.
2. Brand infringement is strictly prohibited
Brand infringement is one of the behaviors that Kilimall platform severely cracks down on. This includes trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, etc. Once a merchant is found to be publishing or selling products that are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, not only may they receive complaints from the intellectual property owners or buyers, but the platform will also conduct spot checks on product information from time to time. Any suspected infringement may result in account closure.
3. Product information must not violate regulations
In order to maintain a good shopping experience, Kilimall has strict regulations on the release of product information, which mainly include the following points:
- Category misplacement means that the actual category of the product is inconsistent with the category selected to publish the product.
- Wrong attribute selection: When a user publishes a product, although the category is selected correctly, the selected attributes are inconsistent with the actual attributes of the product.
- The title or category does not match: The product category or some keywords in the title do not match the actual product being sold.
- The product pricing is seriously inconsistent with market conditions: The product is priced too high or too low to attract buyers’ attention and gain exposure.
- Replace product: Publish other products by modifying the title, price, picture, category, details and other information of the original product (new products should be re-published). If the modification only involves supplements and corrections to the original product information and does not involve changes to the product itself, it does not fall into this category.
- Duplicate listing: There must be significant differences between different products in terms of titles, prices, pictures, attributes, detailed descriptions, etc.
- Description mismatch: There is obvious inconsistency between titles, pictures, attributes, detailed descriptions and other information.
- Title stuffing: Reusing the same keywords in product titles.
- Other inappropriate publishing behaviors: such as leaving contact information, advertising links to non-Kilimall platforms, stealing other people’s pictures, publishing information in Chinese, etc.
For the above violations, Kilimall will take penalty points based on the specific circumstances.
