Detailed explanation of Kikuu platform logistics illegal operations and their penalty standards
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the logistics system and protect the interests of buyers and sellers, the Kikuu platform has formulated a series of penalty standards for logistics violations. The following is a detailed introduction to these standards:
1. Overtime delivery
From the moment the order is marked as “paid”, the seller needs to ensure that the goods are successfully collected by the transit warehouse within 8 natural days (i.e. within 192 hours). For special items such as wedding dresses, 21 calendar days (504 hours) are allowed to complete this process. Importantly, “Guangzhou warehouse collection” means that after the goods are signed for by the Guangzhou warehouse and the order is scanned, the system background will show that the transfer warehouse has received the goods. Although the platform will not automatically cancel orders that have not been shipped within a time limit, sellers should pay close attention to the delivery time.
2. Wrong delivery
Wrong shipments mainly include two situations: one is incorrectly affixing the receipt, causing the goods in the package to be inconsistent with the order; the other is incorrectly sending packages from other platforms to the Kikuu transshipment warehouse. Both situations can result in weight discrepancies or incorrect identification of the package. For such behavior, the platform will impose a fine of 6 yuan on the seller.
3. Missed delivery
Missed delivery usually manifests itself in two forms: the first is that the seller did not actually send the package, resulting in the transshipment warehouse failing to receive it; the second is that although the package has been sent, its express tracking number does not match the actual carrier Doesn’t match. In both cases, fines ranging from RMB 6 to RMB 20 will be imposed.
4. The receipt is damaged
When the receipt cannot be scanned and shipped normally due to various reasons (such as blurred, damaged, missing barcodes, etc.), the receipt needs to be reprinted and transshipped. At this time, the seller will be charged RMB 6 as the transshipment cost.
5. The outer packaging of the package does not meet the requirements
If the package is in transparent or simple packaging so that the goods inside are directly visible, the manifest must be reprinted and the goods properly packaged, and a RMB 6 transshipment fee will be charged. In addition, an additional fine of RMB 6 will be charged.
6. No information
Non-information packages refer to packages that do not come with any order information. Such packages may not be picked up by the transshipment warehouse or the order may time out because the seller mistakenly thinks they have been shipped. In this regard, the platform will impose a fine of 6 to 20 yuan.
7. Repeat orders
Duplicate order issues include but are not limited to two packages with the same order form, or multiple orders on a single package. Once this happens, the seller will face a penalty of RMB 6.
8. Cancel order
If the seller cancels the order when the package has been delivered to the warehouse, he will also be fined RMB 6.
9. Concealing the declaration of battery supplies
Any attempt to conceal battery products will be regarded as a serious violation and will be punished according to the regulations of prohibited and restricted categories.
The fines incurred for the above violations will be directly deducted from the seller’s logistics bill. It is worth noting that all page data is valid for 30 minutes. If there is no operation after this time, you need to log in again.
