Detailed explanation of Kikuu platform withdrawal rules
In order to maintain a healthy market environment and ensure the rights and interests of all users, the Kikuu platform has formulated a series of strict withdrawal rules. The following is a detailed introduction to the withdrawal rules.
1. Release of illegal products
- Publish products suspected of violating national laws and regulations, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, human organs, flammable and explosive related chemicals, etc.
- Publish the products that are prohibited for sale on the platform. The specific list of prohibited sales can be viewed by downloading “Seller Notice – Regulations and Penalties on Prohibited and Restricted Products 1.0” from the merchant bulletin board. Removal immediately upon discovery.
2. Misconduct
- Guide buyers to conduct offline transactions or go to other platforms for transactions. This includes behaviors such as including store links or contact information of other similar platforms in product images. Removal immediately upon discovery.
3. The account or store has been inactive for a long time
- From the day the seller account is successfully registered, if the store creation and opening operations have not been carried out for more than 180 days, the platform will cancel such accounts.
- Shops that have failed to pay the deposit and have closed down or have chosen to close down on their own will be dismissed if they fail to reopen within 60 days from the time of closure.
- Shops that have been created for more than 90 days and have 0 products on sale will be cleared.
- Shops that have been created for more than 90 days, have not launched new products in the past 30 days, have less than 50 products on sale, and have zero sales in the past 90 days will be cleared.
4. Assessment of platform service operating indicators
- The settlement information does not match the actual situation and the assessment will not be passed.
- If an individual or company registers more than one seller account on Kikuu, it will not pass the assessment. The registration information submitted by the seller shall prevail.
- If the store does not launch new products within 90 days (90 days inclusive), and the number of products on sale in the store is less than 10, the assessment will not be passed.
- The store order cancellation rate is equal to or exceeds 10%, that is, in the previous complete natural month, more than 10% of the effective orders of the store were canceled due to the seller’s reasons, and the store cannot pass the assessment.
- The order cancellation rate calculation formula is: the number of orders canceled by the seller for reasons that were effective in the previous natural month / the total number of effective orders in the previous natural month.
- The store order logistics overtime rate is equal to or exceeds 20%, that is, the store cannot pass the assessment if more than 20% of the effective orders in the previous complete natural month cannot be collected by the Guangzhou warehouse within 8 days (192 hours).
- The formula for calculating the order timeout rate: the number of orders collected by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous natural month and the time from the effective date to being collected exceeds 192 hours / the total number of orders collected by the Guangzhou warehouse in the previous natural month.
In the first week of each month, Kikuu will calculate the assessment data for Articles 4 and 5 of the previous calendar month and use this data as the final assessment data.
5. Other situations
- Shops that disrupt Kikuu’s business order or are suspected of violating national laws and regulations will be removed.
- Other behaviors that harm the rights and interests of others and violate the principles of honest management will be punished.
- For a store that has paid a deposit and is open for operation, if you initiate an application to withdraw from the store, the platform will only accept it once. That is, a store that is operating normally initiates a store withdrawal application. After the platform accepts it, it will no longer accept the store’s application for reopening.
6. Clearance method
- Permanently close the relevant Kikuu account.
- Kikuu has sole discretion to process orders that are still in progress.
- Kikuu will freeze the seller’s account for one month if the seller is removed due to posting prohibited and restricted products. For example, for a bill on May 1, 2017, Kikuu will settle it in the account period on June 1, 2017.
