Package size and weight restrictions

Specific restrictions for different sites

Brazil region

• MailAmericas: The minimum size is 15 x 10 x 1 cm, the maximum size is the sum of length, width and height not exceeding 200 cm, and the weight is between 100 grams and 30 kilograms.
• Brazil Sinostar: The minimum size is 16 x 11 x 2 cm, the maximum size does not exceed 1.05 meters on any side, the total length, width and height do not exceed 2 meters, and the weight is between 100 grams and between 30kg.

Chile region
