S.F. Express door-to-door collection time schedule

• The delivery order is from 07:00 to 15:00 on the same day, and the door-to-door collection time is 15:30;
• The delivery order is between 15:00 and 17:00 on the same day, and the door-to-door collection time is 17:30;
• Deliver the order from 17:00-24:00 on the same day & 0:00-07:00 the next day, and make an appointment to pick up the package at 08:30 the next day.

How to check the invoice delivered by SF Express?

Check the SF Express that the system automatically places orders on the “To be shipped – Picked up logistics order number” page. When SF Express successfully collects at your door, it will automatically run to the shipped page.

According to the “To be shipped” page, select SF Express for automatic order placement by the combined query system. When SF Express comes to collect the goods successfully, it will automatically run to the delivery page.

Supports immediate collection function

If the system has not yet placed an SF Express order, the merchant can click the “Pick Up Now” button to reserve a specific time:

• Click the button from 00:00-7:00 to make an appointment for pick-up at 08:30;
• 07:00-17:00 Click the button to call the current time and add 30 minutes to make an appointment;
• Click the button from 17:00-24:00 to make an appointment for door-to-door collection at 08:30 the next day.
