(2) The address of the sender and recipient on the parcel must be filled in in English, and cannot be written in Chinese or other languages. For example, if a parcel is to be mailed to Tokyo, Japan, it cannot be written in Japanese, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese or pinyin, because this will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of language training for employees of various countries’ postal systems, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. The specific regulations shall be subject to those published on the official websites of various countries’ postal services.
(4) Pay attention to the packaging. According to the characteristics, size, value, weight, distance, etc. of the items to be sent, the most appropriate packaging method should be adopted. Plastic bags and snakeskin bags should not be used. Prevent the cover from breaking and the contents from being exposed.
(5) Pay attention to the filling of the postal code. Wrong or incomplete filling may cause the package to be delayed. Some postal agencies will charge a certain fee for packages sent to remote areas, which is called a remote surcharge, which is generally determined by the package code.
(6) The full name of the customer must be provided when sending small packages to Russia, otherwise the goods cannot be delivered properly.
