1. What is Lazada Seller Center

Lazada Seller Center is an important backstage for sellers to operate on Lazada. The sections of the seller center include managing product information, updating inventory and prices, managing orders and returns, viewing financial statements, payment terms, participating in platform promotions, etc.

After the novice seller fills out the registration form, Lazada Seller Center will send the seller an email titled “Registration for Seller Center”. The seller needs to reset the password and activate the seller center account. Sellers can register and connect to the cross-border payment account in the seller center of the Malaysian site. After the application is approved, other sites can use this cross-border payment account to receive payments without a second application.

2. Log in to Lazada Seller Center

Through the website link, enter the seller center account, and you can enter various Lazada sites.

The specific steps are as follows:

Step 1: Click “Store Name” > “Manage Users”.

Step 2: Click “+ Add User”.

Step 3: Fill in your email address and user name. Please note that email addresses cannot be reused. Only by selecting “Seller Full Access” can you use all the permissions of the Seller Center.

Step 4: Set a password through the confirmation email.

After logging into the Seller Center, sellers can see the flag of the site. The homepage of the Seller Center of any site will display the local flag and country name.

III. Introduction to the functions of each section of the Seller Center (web version)

(1) Country and language: Use the country name and flag at the top of the page to distinguish different countries and select the appropriate language.

(2) Menu bar: You can quickly find the backend functions.

(3) Seller Center store name: Store name.

(4) Four quick view panels: Pending Orders (order management); Your Rating (store rating); Ready to ship < 24h (the platform will process the goods within 24 hours after receiving them, and cross-border sellers must send the package to the sorting center within 5 days); Shipped in 48h (the logistics status of the package in the past 48 hours).

(5) Promotional activities: the activities reported.

(6) Data: Click “Analytics” to select sales, orders, and payment data for two periods of time for comparison.

(7) Announcement area: the latest information update and release (not applicable to cross-border sellers, applicable to local sellers).
