1. Add follow-up products
Follow-up products do not need to be reviewed and will be immediately available after the seller submits them. However, the products that can be followed on the Paytm Mall platform are very limited, and some categories and brands are not allowed to be followed.
Products that can be followed need to add brands to the seller center backend before they can be submitted successfully.
The steps to add a brand are: click “Support”, “Category”, “Brand Related Issue”, “Add New Brand/Brand Authorization” in sequence. The seller will receive a reply within 24 hours after submission.
Sellers can search for products they want to follow by product name, brand or keyword. After finding the product they want to follow, click “Add to Different Catalogue” and fill in the relevant product information as required to add this product. The specific steps for follow-up are as follows:
Step 1: Search for products. Sellers can search by product name, brand or keyword, product ID, Paytm Mall front-end product link, etc. Select the product and click Submit.
Step 2: After finding the product, fill in the follow-up information, such as SKU, market price, sales price (the amount is about 50% of the market price) and delivery date.
Step 3: Click “Validate Details” and “Submit And Exit” to submit the information, and you can follow the sale.
2. Create products with the same attributes
For products created in the Paytm Mall background, if the seller wants to fill in the color or size attributes, you can create a similar product based on the product. The specific addition method is as follows:
Step 1: Open the “Product Category” (Catalogue) in the seller center background and click “Add a New Product”.
Step 2: Click “Add a New Variant to a Group of Product” in the pop-up box.
Step 3: Select the attribute to search for the product and create a new variant.
Step 4: Fill in the product attributes as required, including the seller’s SKU, market price, sales price (the amount is about 50% of the market price) and delivery time.
3. Create a new product
The specific steps to create a new product are as follows:
Step 1: Open the “Product Category” (Catalogue) in the backend of the seller center and click “Add a New Product”.
Step 2: Click “Create a New Product” in the pop-up box.
Step 3: Select the bottom category, or use keywords to search for the corresponding product category.
Step 4: Complete the product information as required. The information that needs to be completed includes: brand, product name (brand name + keyword + feature) or (brand name + model + color/attribute + keyword), seller SKU, market price, sales price, weight (g), delivery time, color, size, etc.
It should be noted that when completing product information, the image pixel cannot be less than 500×500, preferably 800×800 or above, cannot be larger than 2M, and a maximum of 8 images can be uploaded.
