1. Overdue delivery
From the time the order takes effect, the goods corresponding to the order must be collected by the transit warehouse within 8 natural days (192 hours). However, for special goods such as wedding dresses, the Guangzhou warehouse can collect them within 21 natural days (504 hours) from the time the order takes effect.
The order takes effect when the backend displays “paid”. For an order that has taken effect, the platform will not force the overtime cancellation operation. “Guangzhou warehouse collection” means that after the Guangzhou warehouse signs for the goods, it scans the waybill and the backend displays that the transit warehouse has received the goods. The time of receipt displayed in the backend shall prevail.
2. Wrong delivery
(1) The wrong waybill is affixed, and the goods in the package are inconsistent with the ordered goods, resulting in a weight discrepancy.
(2) Wrong delivery of packages from other platforms, the seller mistakenly believes that the transit warehouse has received the goods but has not yet collected them.
Penalty: In the event of the above situation, the seller will be fined RMB 6.
3. Missed delivery
(1) The package was not actually shipped, resulting in the transfer warehouse not accepting it.
(2) The package is associated with express number A, but is actually in express package B.
Penalty: In the above situation, the seller will be fined RMB 6 to 20.
4. Damaged delivery bill
(1) The express package is damaged – the warehouse refuses to accept the package.
(2) The ordered goods are damaged – contact the seller to resend.
(3) The ordered package is damaged – re-issue the bill, pack it for transfer, and charge RMB 6 for transfer costs.
5. Delivery bill problem
The delivery bill barcode is blurred, damaged, missing, etc., which makes it impossible to scan and accept it. The delivery bill needs to be reprinted for transfer, and a transfer cost of RMB 6 is charged.
6. The outer packaging of the package does not meet the requirements.
For transparent packaging and simple packaging that allows the goods in the package to be directly visible, the waybill must be reprinted and the goods must be repacked. A transfer cost of RMB 6 will be charged.
Penalty: In the event of the above situation, in addition to the transfer cost, the seller will be fined RMB 6.
7. No information
The package does not have an order waybill attached, does not have any product order information, and the seller mistakenly believes that he has shipped the goods, resulting in the transfer warehouse not accepting the goods or the order timeout.
Penalty: In the event of the above situation, the seller will be fined RMB 6 to 20.
8. Duplicate orders
(1) Two packages have the same order waybill attached, resulting in one of the orders being unable to be accepted, and the seller mistakenly believes that he has shipped the goods, resulting in the transfer warehouse not accepting the goods or the order timeout.
(2) There is more than one order on a package, and the transfer warehouse cannot determine which one to use.
Penalty: In the event of the above situation, the seller will be fined RMB 6.
9. Cancellation of order
The package arrives at the warehouse, but the order is cancelled by the seller.
Penalty: In the above situation, the seller will be fined RMB 6.
10. Concealment of battery goods
Concealment of battery goods in any form will cause huge property and human cost losses to the transshipment warehouse and logistics system.
Penalty: The penalty standards for prohibited and restricted sales categories shall prevail.
