For effective orders that have not been shipped or have been shipped, the Kikuu platform has opened the seller-side out-of-stock cancellation function. Select the out-of-stock order, right-click, and the out-of-stock cancellation order interface will pop up. Select the corresponding reason and click “Cancel”.
It should be noted that all operations canceled due to seller reasons (i.e. out of stock, domestic express delivery loss, etc.) are included in the order cancellation rate. The order cancellation rate is assessed monthly, and sellers who exceed the platform requirements will be permanently closed (please refer to the platform withdrawal rules for details). In addition, for order cancellations caused by seller reasons, 1 US dollar will be deducted to compensate users.
Note:
(1) If the order is cancelled by the seller backend when it is not shipped, the order will be penalized at 1 US dollar per sub-order.
(2) If the order is cancelled by the seller backend when it is shipped, the order will be penalized at 3 US dollars per sub-order.
(3) Before the logistics status of the order is received and shipped, the maximum penalty amount for each sub-order is US$3. If the seller finds that the order is out of stock on the 13th day and needs to cancel the order, each sub-order will be fined US$3.
Order Settlement
In “Order Management” > “All Orders”, double-click the order number to view the order details. Scroll to the bottom to view the seller’s settlement bill number. If “No Balance” appears, it means that it has not been settled yet; if a sequence similar to 201803160331005770000 appears, it means that the settlement has been completed.
