1. Go to the Wish merchant platform homepage and click “Try Now”.
2. Now you have entered the “Create a store for free now” page:
Select the language you are accustomed to using from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. If you already have a Wish merchant account, just click here to log in.
Enter your store name on this page. Please do not use store names that include the word “Wish.”
Enter your company email address to register. You will use this email address to log in to your account in the future.
Set a password for the account. To ensure the security of your account, please ensure that the password contains letters, numbers, special symbols, and is at least 8 characters in length.
Enter the verification code displayed.
After providing the above information, click “Create Store” to continue to the next step.
3. Enter contact information on the next page:
Enter your legal first and last name.
Enter the office address, the second line is optional.
Enter your mailing address, including country, state, city, and zip code.
Enter your mobile phone number. For a U.S. mobile number, select the country code “1” in the drop-down menu and enter the complete mobile number, including the area code.
Click “Send Verification Code” to receive the verification code using the mobile phone number you provided above.
Enter the verification code and click “Enter my store” to continue.
4. Next, you will be redirected to the “Merchant Platform” to complete the store setup process.
In the list above, please go to each task and fill in the required information before you can officially open your store. The following steps describe the detailed process for completing this checklist. Note that the first task in the checklist, “Add Contact Information,” has been completed above.
4a. First, confirm your email address:
After verifying your email address, you will receive an email notification telling you which orders your store has received and our functions /What updates are there to the policy?
On the merchant platform, click “Continue” next to “Confirm your email address” in the list shown above, which will take you to the following page:
Follow the instructions here Verify your email (please check the spam folder in your inbox). If you do not receive an email from Wish, you can request to resend it. The email you received looks like this:
If you still do not receive the email, please try another email address or contact our customer service team.
4b. Next, verify your store information:
In the list above, click “Continue” next to “Verify your store information” and you will enter the following page:
Choose the appropriate option based on your actual situation.
If you choose to verify your store information through a Partner, you will need to go through the authorization process to authorize the partner of your choice to access your data on the Wish Merchant Platform. On the partner’s website, you can find options like “Link your store” to complete the authorization process. After authorizing partners to access your Wish data, click “Confirm” in the next step of the Wish store registration process (as shown below) to complete the “Verify your store information” step:
If you choose to go through To verify your store information with a “payment service provider”, you need to log in to your existing payment service provider account, or register a new account on the website of the payment service provider you selected.
5. The store is set up!
You have now completed all the tasks on your store opening checklist. Wish will review your store application within 3 working days. On your merchant platform homepage, all tasks on the list have been completed:
While waiting, please be sure to carefully read the Wish merchant policy through the link in the text box above and become familiar with operating a store on the Wish platform all relevant policies.
If your application is rejected after review, please follow the instructions on the merchant platform to update your store information to successfully open your store on Wish!

Please create a password for your account. In order to protect your account security, please make sure the password has letters, numbers, special symbols and needs to be at least 8 characters in length.
Enter Captcha as shown.
After providing information, please click “Create my store” to proceed to the next step.
3. On the next page, enter your contact information:
Please enter your legal first name and last name.
Please enter your business address. The second line of the address is optional.
Please enter your mailing address country/region, state, city, and zip code.
Please enter your phone number. If you have a US phone number, please select the country code “1” in the dropdown menu, and enter your complete phone number (area code included).
Then click "Send verification code" to receive a verification code at the phone number you provide above.
Enter the verification code and click "Enter my store" to continue.
4. Next, you’ll be redirected to yourMerchant Dashboard to finish setting up your store.< /p>
In the above checklist, please navigate to each task and complete the required information before officially opening your store. The steps below outline the detailed process of completing this checklist. Note that you have completed the first item on the checklist , which is "Add contact information" by completing the steps above.
4a. First, confirm your email address:
Once you verify your email address, you can receive email notifications about your store’s orders, feature/policy updates, and more.
Click “Continue” next to “Confirm your email address” on the Merchant Dashboard checklist shown above, and you’ll be directed to the following page :
Follow the instructions here to verify your email (please also check your email inbox spam folder), or have another email resent to your inbox if you haven’t received an email from Wish. The email you’ ll receive looks like this:
If you still do not receive an email, please try a different email address or contact our customer service team.
4b. Next, identify your store:
Click “Continue” next to “Help us identify your store” on the checklist, and you’ll be directed to the following page:
Select the appropriate option based on accurate information .
If you select “Partner” to identify your store, you will need to grant permissions to the selected Partner to gain access to your Wish Merchant Dashboard data through an authorization process. On the Partner’s site, you may look for an option similar to “connect your store” to complete the authorization process. Once you have granted the Partner access to your Wish data, click “Confirm” in the next step on your Wish store registration flow (shown below) and you will complete the “Help us identify your store” step:
If you select “Payment Provider” to identify your store, you will need to either sign in to your existing payment provider account or sign up for a new account on the selected payment provider’s site.
5. You’ve finished setting up your store!
You’ve now completed all items on the onboarding checklist. Wish will review your application within 3 business days. On yourMerchant Dashboardhomepage, your checklist is now completed:
