If you want to increase sales, please check the data reports regularly.
Sellers need to download on-site advertising reports regularly to view relevant data. In the same way, sellers also need to pay close attention to other data in daily operations, such as daily order volume, conversion rate, clicks, and pageviews, and optimize them in a timely manner.
What needs to be clear is that Amazon itself is also a seller, which is what we often call Amazon self-operated. Therefore, a lot of data on the platform is not released to the public. Many sellers who have transitioned from Tmall and Taobao are very uncomfortable. In the early days, they felt that Amazon’s operations were all guesswork. Actually no, Amazon has its own set of e-commerce shopping rules before analyzing the data. Sellers must understand sales reports, also known as “business reports.”
Business reports are something that sellers must check every day. From here, you can see the daily traffic of the product, the number of conversion rate orders, the order amount, etc. Clicking “Business Report” will display the daily sales of the seller’s account.
To analyze the most critical page for sales, you can select the time in the upper right corner.
Number of page views: The total number of views of the Listing within a certain period of time. If the same user clicks 10 times, it counts as 10 views.
Number of buyer visits: The number of users who have browsed the Listing page within 24 hours. The same user only counts one no matter how many times he clicks.
Buy button win rate: the percentage of page traffic that users click on the purchase link via the golden shopping cart. Price is basically the most important factor, but it is not absolute. In addition, at the same price, account performance basically determines the shopping cart grab rate!
Order quantity conversion rate: the probability of each user purchasing a product after browsing.
Why this data deserves our attention every day is because it is like a car’s navigation, telling us which aspects of Listing should be optimized every day.
1) Number of page views
If the number of page views for your Listing is 0 and there are no views, how can there be sales?
Please immediately Modify the title and keywords of the Listing. The standard here is that today’s traffic has increased slowly compared to yesterday, and data statistics can be done in tables.
2) Order product quantity conversion rate
If a customer browses your Listing page but does not place an order to purchase, excluding subjective factors, the seller needs to adjust the pictures and product descriptions . A Listing’s conversion rate must be above 10% to be considered qualified.
3) Shopping Cart
No matter how good the Listing page is, if your product does not have a shopping cart, it can only be used as a wedding dress for others. When you find that the shopping cart preemption is not 100%, you should pay attention to whether someone has followed you and sold your product at night.
