Amazon’s management method is rigid management. Once you violate Amazon’s platform rules, your store will be closed without negotiation. Therefore, when doing Amazon e-commerce, you must understand Amazon’s red lines and do not step on them.
1. Risk of selling counterfeit goods
Amazon has zero tolerance for counterfeit goods. Once discovered, it will be investigated immediately. Once confirmed, the store will be closed directly. Unlike some Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms, which are full of good and bad products. Amazon serves mid- to high-end customers and attaches great importance to buyer experience. In terms of price, Amazon buyers are not very sensitive, but in terms of quality and service, Amazon buyers attach great importance to it.
2. Risks of account association
In order to prevent sellers from malicious competition, Amazon has introduced management measures. In the early days of Amazon allowing third parties to enter the market, some sellers used many stores to distribute their products in order to dominate the market, causing a very bad experience for buyers. Therefore, in order to prevent a certain seller from selling the same product or the same type of product in different stores on a certain site, associated monitoring is set up. Once a strong direct connection is found between a store and a store, the store will be closed. Amazon generally monitors through the following dimensions.
IP address. An account can only use one network cable. Once it is discovered that different stores on the same site use the same network cable, there will be associated risks. A student asked me before if the router would become D and would it be risky? There is no problem with this, as long as you only use the network cable to log in to one account, there will be no problem.
Account information. The same account information can only be registered for one store on the same site, such as business license, phone number, email address, and even the password of your email address. Try not to be consistent or similar. Also include the credit card holder, company address, legal person name, etc., which should not be the same. Even if the store registered with these information is canceled, it cannot be used again.
Product information. If the product titles, product pictures, and product prices of the two stores are the same, they may be judged as related accounts by Amazon. When a seller really has several stores to operate his own products, he must replace the product information between different stores, such as replacing pictures, replacing titles, and changing prices.
