(1) Click the “+” to the right of “Issue Detected” to view the specific reasons for the intellectual property infringement and brand information tips.
Some brands will provide contact information. Merchants can try to contact the brand to obtain a sales license authorization letter through reasonable means such as payment.
(2) Click the “+” to the right of “Read more about intellectual property” to view intellectual property help, policies, and Q&A. Intellectual Property Help details the definition of counterfeit products, steps to identify intellectual property infringement, and guidelines for creating compliant product display. The policy introduces learning how to manage your brand and Wish’s intellectual property rules.
(3) Click the “+” on the right side of “How does this affect the product” to view the consequences of the product infringing intellectual property rights and the impact of the product relisting application being approved.
(4) There are two options to relist this product.
Option 1: Provide a sales license authorization letter.
Click “Provide Authorization” to enter the authorization certificate step. If the product already has a brand authorization letter, just select the existing brand authorization; if the authorization letter is new, you need to click the “Add New Brand Authorization” button to create a new brand authorization. The operation steps are the same as the operation method through “Account” → “Brand Authorization” in the upper right corner of the Wish backend.
Option 2: Edit the product and remove all information related to intellectual property infringement.
Removing all information related to intellectual property infringement includes:
? Clear the brand information contained in the product title.
? Clear the brand information contained in the product description.
? Clear the brand information contained in all pictures.
Notes:
?It is prohibited to replace the product with other product images to turn it into a new product that does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
For the operation of re-listing the product, you can only choose one of option 1 and option 2. If you choose option 1, after the relevant authorization processing is completed, it will enter the “waiting for brand authorization approval” status; if you choose option 2, after the product editing is completed, it will enter the “pending editing” status.
