1. Single Shipment (SLS Logistics)

①On the To Ship page, select “ToProcess” and click the “Arrange Shipment” button on the right side of the pending order.

②In the pop-up window, click the “Print Waybill” button to print the waybill for the corresponding order.

③The seller packs the goods according to the packing requirements and sends the goods to the corresponding warehouse. After the relevant warehouse staff receives the goods, they scan the waybill and the status of the goods will change from “To Ship” to “Shipped”.

2. Single Shipment

Sellers can use LWE or Chinapost logistics, as shown in Figure 8-4. Sellers using LWE or Chinapost logistics need to open an LWE or Chinapost account in advance.

①On the To Ship page, select “ToProcess” and click the “Arrange Shipment” button on the right side of the pending order.

②In the pop-up window, fill in the LWE or Chinapost logistics order number in the “Tracking#” column and click the “Ship” button.

The logistics order number cannot be modified, please fill it in correctly.

3. Batch delivery (using SLS logistics)

① On the “To Ship” page, select “To Process” and click the “Shipmyorders” button on the right.

② Click “Download Shipping Documents”, check all orders to be shipped in batches, and select the order information to be downloaded in batches on the right to perform the delivery operation.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

①Can different orders from the same buyer be combined into one package and shipped together?

Answer: Because one order number corresponds to one logistics order number, if two orders are combined into one package for delivery, one of the orders will be missing logistics information, and will be regarded as undelivered by the system, affecting the seller’s delayed delivery rate. Therefore, different orders from the same buyer cannot be combined into one package and shipped at the same time.

②What is the reason for not being able to apply for a shipping order number?

Answer: The inability to apply for a shipping order number may be caused by the following reasons. a. The logistics method is not set.

b.Shopee backend can only print SLS logistics labels. If the buyer chooses other logistics channels such as LWE and Chinapost, the label cannot be printed in Shopee backend.

c. The goods in the order are prohibited categories, such as Malaysian sex toys.

d. According to relevant regulations, a single order in Taiwan and Indonesia shall not exceed the corresponding amount. If the limit is exceeded, the system will not be able to successfully generate an order. There are no restrictions in other markets. The total value of the package delivered by Taiwan stores shall not exceed 20,000 TWD, and the amount of a single package in Indonesia shall not exceed 1,500 USD. Please refer to the relevant regulations in the latest logistics manual.

e. If the logistics label cannot be printed due to reasons other than the above, it may be caused by system problems. Please contact the account manager for assistance.

③ For non-SLS logistics, do I need to fill in the order number?

Answer: The regulations of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand (LWE/China Post) are as follows.

a. When shipping from Singapore and Malaysia, the seller needs to manually enter the waybill number before the order becomes “Shipped”.

b. If the order has not been shipped and the logistics order number has not been entered after the number of days set by DTS, it will be counted as delayed delivery by the system.

④ What are the requirements for the identification card?

Answer: The size of the identification card is 10cmx10cm.

The identification card must indicate: company name, number of small packages inside, and country code. The country code for Singapore is SG, the country code for Malaysia is M, the country code for the Philippines is ID, the country code for the Philippines is PH, and the country code for Thailand is TH.

⑤ The same order contains multiple products, and the corresponding delivery days for different products are also different. Which one is used to calculate the delivery time?

Answer: The delivery time of this type of order will be calculated according to the longest number of days for the product to be in stock.
