Shopee has strict requirements on the delivery time of each order. Sellers need to send the goods to the warehouse and have them scanned by the warehouse within the set delivery time. The following introduces the delivery time of Shopee stores.
Currently, the SLS delivery time is set by the seller in the Seller Center. The specific operation is: click “Shop Management”-“Shop Settings”-“My Shipping” in the Seller Center.
The delivery date, that is, Ship by date, is the last working day of the order generation period + DTS (stock preparation time), which is the time when the seller should ship. For example, the order generation date is 2020/2/10, and DTS is 2 working days, then the delivery date is 2020/2/12.
SLS order label production specification requirements
1) Label size: 10 cm x 10 cm;
2) SLS order number and barcode are clear and unique;
3) Include the destination market code;
4) SLS channel is accurate and unique;
5) P/T goods identification is accurate;
6) SLS label barcode requirements:
The barcode must be clear and not too small;
The barcode part cannot be folded or covered.
SLS logistics packaging requirements and customer complaint warehouse abnormal handling
1. Overall packaging requirements
1) The packaging is intact and cannot be damaged;
2) Transparent bags cannot be used for packaging;
3) The packaging tape cannot cover the SLS label;
4) Sharp objects must be packed in sturdy cartons;
5) Each SLS package must be an independent package, and multiple SLS packages cannot be wrapped together.
2. The first layer of packaging
The packaging bag is opaque, strong and not easy to be damaged; affix the printed international waybill (the barcode is not folded, cannot be covered by tape, and is clear and scannable. If it is not affixed, it will be considered a “headless item”; the goods in the same order can only be packed together, and an international waybill can only be affixed to one package, otherwise it will be considered an abnormal item “duplicate shipment”.
3. The second layer of packaging
After the first layer of packaging is completed for each order’s small parcels, small parcels from the same country are put into a transport bag (woven bag, mail bag, carton, etc.), the bag mouth of the transport bag is tied tightly with a rolled belt, and an identification card is tied at the bag mouth (if it is a small parcel Can be pasted on the surface).
Note: Small parcels from multiple countries are sent together. If the seller wants to send only one shipping bag, it is divided into the following two steps.
Step 1: Put the parcels from the same country into a shipping bag and stick a piece of paper with the country code.
Step 2: Put the shipping bags with different country labels into a large shipping bag and stick the identification card.
Specifications of the identification card: 10cmx10cm.
Format of the identification card: Full company name; Shipping station (English abbreviation), fill in the country code: SG (Singapore)/MY (Malaysia)/ID (Indonesia) /PH (Philippines); indicate the number of items in the package.
After the second layer is packed, affix the domestic express delivery order to the outermost transport bag, write the shipping address, and send it out.
4. Abnormal handling of customer complaints to the warehouse
If the seller and the express company finally confirm that the package needs to be claimed, the following information must be provided:
1) Domestic express delivery order number, weight certificate, receipt time period, and express package picture;
2) SLS order number, domestic express delivery order number shipping record or shipping picture, video;
3) If the lost item is caused by the seller (such as irregular packaging), the warehouse will not compensate.
