2. Since returns cannot be avoided, how does FBA handle return orders?
There are two situations for FBA returns:
The first one: when the buyer receives the goods
For return problems caused by FBA orders, the goods will be returned to the FBA warehouse and FBA will handle it. It is recommended that the seller contact. FBA asks it to take the goods back to the warehouse and refund after the buyer returns them.
If the returned goods are not damaged, you can contact Amazon to re-label them and sell them again. If they are already damaged, Amazon will remind you that this product can no longer be sold. You can ask Amazon to destroy them, or you can ask a third-party overseas warehouse company to ship them back to China, or you can help a third-party overseas warehouse company provide repair and return services.

The second one: the buyer has not received the goods
If the seller’s goods have not been officially sent out by the freight forwarder, they can be intercepted and the buyer can be fully refunded.
If it cannot be sent back, it is recommended to negotiate with the buyer and say that the goods have been sent out now. After the buyer receives the goods, see if he likes them and then decide whether to take them.
If the buyer still disagrees, it must be dealt with now. The seller can negotiate the product cost with the buyer and only refund part of the money. The product will be given to the buyer for free to reduce losses.
