After the label is generated, we need to print it out and stick it to the correct position to ensure that the product can arrive at the FBA warehouse smoothly. Products entering Amazon warehouses must pass the FBA label scanning inspection. If the label fails to pass the scanning, the product cannot complete the warehousing operation. There are 5 ways to print FBA labels.

Method 1: Print it out with A4 paper, cut it with a paper cutter, and then stick it to the product with transparent tape.

Method 2: Print it out with self-adhesive A4 paper, cut it with a paper cutter, and stick it directly to the product.

Method 3: After printing it out with self-adhesive A4 paper that has been cut into grids, pull it out and stick it directly to the product.

Method 4: Print it with a label printer (Zebra label printer is recommended here), but the label needs to be processed before it can be used, or you can make your own label.

Method 5: Print it with a thermal printer. After downloading the FBA label, cut it with Photoshop software, and then move it to a Word document to print it directly.

It is recommended to use carbon ribbon + coated paper when printing FBA labels, because the words on the thermal paper labels may fade or disappear completely after being placed for too long or exposed to moisture.

In addition, I have listed several common problems related to Amazon FBA labels.

Q: What if I ship to Amazon but forget to put a shipping label on the outer box of the package?

A: Without a shipping label, it cannot enter the warehouse. It is recommended that sellers contact their freight forwarding company first to see if they can suspend and subsidize the shipping label, or they can only contact the overseas warehouse to help put a shipping label before entering the FBA warehouse after the goods arrive at the destination. Note: Forgetting to put a label will not affect the normal use of the Amazon seller account, but your goods will be affected to a certain extent.

Q: For shipments sent to Amazon warehouses, can the origin on the FBA shipment label be printed? If there must be a place of origin, can it be changed after the shipment is created?

A: The origin will appear on the shipment label, which is automatically generated by the Amazon system. If the shipment has been created and the label has been generated, it cannot be changed.

Q: I have two Amazon seller accounts. When the factory ships the goods, the shipment label is mistakenly affixed to the product of another seller account. What should I do?

A: There are two situations: if the product has not yet entered the warehouse, let the freight forwarding company help you re-label it before entering the warehouse; if the label is affixed to the product of another account, it is very likely to be detected by Amazon when entering the warehouse, and there will be associated risks.

Finally, I would like to add that after the FBA shipment label is printed, you can affix it yourself or choose to have Amazon affix it. Amazon charges a fee for labeling (0.2 US dollars/piece), so it is recommended that you affix it yourself.
