You can view the review results of the product on the “Product → Product List” page. If the product has passed the review, the status column will show “Passed Review”. If it has not passed the review, the status column will show “Failed Review”, and you can hover over the status to get specific error information.

If multiple products have failed the review, you can download an XLS format report containing all error descriptions to make it easier to handle the error.

2. How to handle review errors?

If the product has not passed the review, you can follow the steps below to handle the error:

Edit the wrong product: In the personal center, go to “Product → Product List”, find the product that has not passed the review, and click “Edit” in the row where the product is located.

Upload a Corrected File: You can download a previously uploaded product file, correct it, and then upload it again. Go to “Products → Upload Products via XLS File” and click “Import History” in the box where you uploaded the completed template. Click Download in the row where the required file is located, make corrections, and upload it again.

Re-audit: The auditor will re-check the product. The audit is usually completed within 1 business day. The product will not be displayed to users until the audit is successful.

3. Duration of the audit.

The duration of the audit depends on different situations:

New Product Audit: If a new product is added, the audit is usually completed within 1-3 business days. The product will not be displayed on OZON until the audit is successful. After the audit is successful, the product can be placed in the OZON warehouse or the quantity in your own warehouse can be marked before the product begins to be displayed.

Edited Product Audit: If a product that has previously been successfully audited is edited, the audit is usually completed within 1 business day. The product will continue to be displayed during the audit. If errors are found in the edited product, the product will be hidden.

Error Correction Review: If the product fails the review, corrections are made and changes are saved, the review will be repeated within 1 working day. Before this, the product will not be displayed on OZON, and it cannot be placed in the OZON warehouse or marked with the quantity in its own warehouse.
