Amazon provides return addresses based on specific criteria in the background. Sellers can set a default return address for all marketplaces in a given region and set a default address for each marketplace separately or set adjustments to support multiple return addresses only in the US marketplace.

There are two ways to set multiple return addresses. Let’s take a look at providing return addresses based on specific criteria:

After the seller creates or modifies a rule, the rule will apply to all return requests for subsequent orders. The newly created rule will not change the return request for the created order.

1. Click Settings and then select Account Information.

2. In the Send Return Information section of the Seller Account Information page, select Return Address.

3. In the Return Settings page, select Return Address Settings.

4. If the seller needs to create a new address, select the Manage Seller’s Return Address link and enter a unique address name and physical address. Alternatively, the seller can skip to step 4 and select an existing address.

Note: Sellers cannot use an existing address name unless the original entry has been deleted.

5. Under Exception Rules, select Add New Rule.

6. Under New Rule:

Enter a rule name;

Select a product category and enter a rule or standard (optional);

Select a return reason (optional);

Enter a price range or select all (optional);

Click Change Address, then select an address;

Click Save.

To edit an existing rule, select the rule, click Edit, modify the settings, and then click Save.

To delete a rule, select the rule, then click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the rule.

Note:

If you have many similar standard rules for different return addresses, the product will be returned to the address that best meets the standard.

For example, if Rule 1 is GL: Shoes, Reason Code: Too Large, Unit Price Range is $25-50, Rule 2 is GL: Shoes, Reason Code is All, Unit Price Range is $0-50, and the return request is GL: Shoes, Reason Code Too Large, Unit Price is $30, then you need to select Rule 1.

The above is the content of how Amazon sellers can set return addresses based on specific standards, I hope it will be helpful to you.
