Log in to Data Manager and enter “My Words” to see the effect each word brings to you. Here you can choose to view it by week or month. Generally speaking, the longer the time period, the more stable the data.

Let me explain here that my words include two parts of words. One part is the product keywords that have been set or the words that participate in the foreign trade through train promotion. For these words, you can focus on the effect. The other part is the words that have not been set, but buyers have found the products through these words. For these words, you can pay attention to whether there are market opportunities.

There will be more words presented here, and there are two ways to view them:

Method 1, directly enter the word you are interested in, click search, and view the effect of the word on the product, including exposure, clicks, and the promotion effect of the foreign trade through train;

Method 2, sort by click-through rate, exposure, and clicks, starting with the words that bring good effects to the product, to see if there are also market opportunities.

After finding the words that need attention, how do you evaluate their effects and find the direction of optimization?

(1) Check the exposure

First, check whether the words with high exposure are your main products. For words with insufficient exposure, you need to increase exposure opportunities and optimize rankings. You can click View to see the current ranking. If the ranking needs to be improved, the main methods are: setting as a showcase, participating in the foreign trade through train, optimizing product information, etc.

(2) Check the click-through rate

For words with poor click-through rates, focus on optimizing the product information corresponding to the words. The main factors affecting the click-through rate are product information, including: product pictures, product attributes and transaction terms, Wangwang stay online, etc. You can also use the word to search on the Alibaba website to see how other suppliers display product information and learn from good examples.

For products with good click-through rates, you can check whether you need to increase the exposure opportunities of these words to bring more clicks.

(3) Check the market popularity and competition

For words with poor results but high market popularity, it means there are still market opportunities, and you can consider increasing the promotion efforts. At this time, you can increase the exposure by improving the ranking, or you can improve the click-through rate by optimizing product information.

For words with average market popularity, it means that the market opportunities are limited. In this case, to bring results to your products, you need to pay special attention to improving the quality of product information.

(4) Check the consistency between the set words and the words that buyers find us

By clicking on each word, you can see whether the word has been set as a keyword. For those words that have not been set but have been found by buyers, you can evaluate whether they are really suitable, and then try to set them to see the effect.
