1. Shipping time limit rules:

2. Package rules:
The package needs to meet the following requirements: weight limit ≤20KG, volume length + width + height ≤300CM, and the goods in the package meet the restricted transportation requirements, otherwise they may be intercepted. In addition, no contact information should be left in the package.
The domestic package can carry products from multiple orders, but each order needs to be packaged separately because Lazada does not support sellers to combine shipments. Even if the same customer places two orders separately, two packages need to be sent separately.
In addition, the package must be in a sealed bag or box, and damaged packages will not be able to be stored. Therefore, before shipping, please make sure that the package uses appropriate packaging materials to protect the goods from damage.
3. Label rules:
Lazada shipping requires that the package be affixed with two labels, the logistics label and the invoice. The logistics label is affixed to the outside of the package, and the invoice is placed inside the package. If logistics transportation is used, domestic express bags and domestic freight labels are also required, that is, two layers of packaging. The warehouse will tear open the package and scan the logistics label, and will not package it again.
At the same time, the label cannot be damaged, and it needs to have a readable barcode and readable transportation information, otherwise the package will be returned.
4. Information rules:
Sellers need to ensure that there are no errors or omissions in the package information, such as missing sender information, incorrect or incomplete product value, missing product description, etc. These are all situations that Lazada will check. If the package information is incorrect or missing, the order may be cancelled. Therefore, sellers must carefully check the package information before shipping to ensure that it is accurate.
Since Lazada has only one shipping rule (LGS), the requirements for sellers to ship are relatively strict. Therefore, sellers need to understand Lazada’s shipping requirements clearly to avoid unnecessary impacts caused by the inability to store packages. Otherwise, the order may be cancelled.
