①Service advantages
a. Postal countries: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic.
b.Product restrictions: General goods are not limited, and goods with built-in batteries are acceptable.
C.Goods timeliness: Tracking number is issued as soon as the order is issued, and it can be picked up in 4~7 days (except for flight and customs clearance delays), and can be signed for in 8~10 days.

②Package restrictions
a. Goods sent to Amazon must also be affixed with FBA QR code labels.
b. The weight of a single piece cannot be less than 10 kg and not more than 25 kg.
c. The longest side of a single piece of cargo shall not exceed 120 cm, and the total length of the three sides of length, width and height shall not exceed 140 cm. The actual weight and the volume weight shall be the larger one. The volume weight calculation formula is: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000.
d. The declared value of a single piece cannot exceed 1,000 euros, and the number of SKUs of a single piece shall not exceed 5. If there are more than 5, it will be charged at 3 euros/kg.
e. A handling fee of 2 euros/piece will be charged for returns.
f. The overall delivery time is 6 to 8 working days.
g. ZTO does not accept products wrapped in soft cartons or outer boxes with yellow tape; does not accept products packaged in wooden frames or logs; all products packaged in plywood must have loose-leaf locks for inspection.
