STO Express is a postal parcel ordinary mail product designed by STO International for cross-border e-commerce sellers to directly send small items within 2 kg. This product can reach more than 200 countries and regions in the world; it has convenient customs clearance, postal customs clearance, good stability; fast departure, and the flight can be arranged to depart in time after the cargo operation is completed, with fast time efficiency; affordable, compared with similar services, it has a high cost performance ratio. STO Express does not provide international trackside tracking.

Ordinary mail does not provide claims services.
b. Operation process
First, log in to the STO International customer order system and make an online forecast; second, print the address label, fill in or print the handover list, and paste the address label on the outer packaging of the cargo; finally, notify the driver to pick up the goods at the door or the customer sends the first leg of domestic express delivery to the designated operation center of STO.
c. Operation specifications
i. Cargo bagging requirements: Different small package products need to be bagged separately.
ii. Requirements for outer bag marking: the name of the logistics product, customer code, and number of bags must be marked.
iii. Requirements for the handover list: the customer should clearly fill in the customer code, delivery date, product name, cargo type, number of bags, whether it is charged, number of tickets, weight, etc.
