(I) Customs clearance process and relevant regulations

The BC import model is commonly known as direct mail. Foreign merchants transport goods that have been sold online to domestic ports by air transport and other means. The bonded warehouse agent picks up the goods in the form of transshipment and takes them to the designated supervision warehouse. BC import does not generate a formal customs declaration form. A personal order has been generated abroad, and the payment of goods and taxes has been completed.

The information required for the BC import model includes: bill of lading, transshipment transportation declaration form, and checkpoint entry and release form. After the checkpoint seal verification and cancellation, the goods are sent to the designated warehouse for tally inspection and then delivered to consumers by express delivery.

The customs found some irregular enterprises suspected of brushing orders during the supervision warehouse tally inspection and express delivery out of the area. For this reason, the direct mail of bonded area imports has basically stagnated.

(II) Practical cases and skills

Based on the direct mail product order, import details list, direct mail import air waybill and other information, you can apply for the customs import transshipment transportation goods declaration form and direct mail import air waybill for details.

Before direct mail goods are transferred to the bonded area checkpoint, apply for a cross-border import direct mail trade entry release form.

After the customs inspects and counts the goods without any difference, the goods will be shipped to domestic consumers in the form of cross-border import small parcel release, and a cross-border import small parcel will be issued with a card shipment release form.
